Office staff were very, very patient and helpful, going out of their way to set a workable delivery date. The packing and unloading team were just excellent, patient and careful. This is about a year late, but I want to say how overly pleased I am with Thomas Transfer Wichita Kansas and United as a group. My husband passed away, so I moved back to Australia from Goddard in Kansas USA. The whole team was fantastic all round. 4 people came to my home to pack everything up to transfer from America to my door step in Australia. Everything was done from go to whoa. I was grieving and it was a blur anyway and I was so overwhelmed by the prospect of packing up everything as it was. I trusted this company with my life and now a year down the track can honestly say thank you! I highly recommend this company from a just around the corner to a halfway across the world move. This is the most honest trustworthy company ever!!!!!!

They did the job and were also friendly and approachable. They were good to ask if something was unclear. We had a great experience with our move from the Kansas City area. Two ladies, Kim and Traci, were sent over from Wichita to pack our household goods. They were very thorough both days they were packing. We appreciated that they would scan the room(s) and develop a plan for packing the boxes and made sure everything was packed securely within them. We can't thank them enough for their hard work and staying late the night before making sure we were ready for the loaders to arrive the next day. Job well done, Kim and Traci! Our driver, Will, made sure the loaders were handling all of the boxes and furniture with care. He kept us informed of his arrival date and was very easy to communicate with throughout the process.

if you’re are doing research for a moving company, and are reading reviews. Cody & Adam Crowner are the 2 best movers i have meet in all my moves. my extended family has had horror stories from mayflower and other moving companies in america. but with all of the questions and proactive things i could think of doing. i still ran into the worst moving experience i could possibly imagine. and the movers held our stuff hostage for over a week. and then held any form of compensation back. but the real heroes in this story is Cody & Adam Crowner of Thomas united van lines and the exceptional service of the wichita division of united van lines. i have nothing but good things to say. these guys successfully negotiated the safe delivery of all my items being held hostage by the prior moving company. in the future if i move again i will use Thomas united van lines and make a request to have Cody & Adam Crowner as my movers if available. good job guys 100% satisfied and outstanding attitude and careful handling of breakable items.

Our driver Jose gets 5 stars for EXCELLENT service! He saved my bacon when I accidentally let his team pack our tow bar that we needed to pull our second vehicle across the country. I called him around 8pm on "packing day" and at about 10:30 one of his guys dropped our tow bar off at our house. I know finding it was no easy undertaking because we had almost 18000 pounds in his truck!!! He was careful with our stuff, organized and thorough. Very professional! He gave also gave us great advice on which route to drive across the country---we avoided major snow storms and even tornadoes!! We would highly recommend Jose anf Thomas Transfer & Storage!!!
